Delete your Lovendra account

You can request deletion of your Lovendra account and associated personal data in the app or by contacting Lovendra LLC. You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in to send an email request.

In the app

Open Settings, find Your data & privacy, and select Delete my account. Confirm to save your request. In-app requests have a 30-day cancellation window. Sign back in during that window and choose Cancel deletion, keep my account if you change your mind.

Without access to the app

Email support@lovendra.ai with the subject Lovendra account deletion request. If possible, send it from the email associated with your account and include your username or account email so support can locate it. Support must verify account ownership before acting on the request. Sending the email starts a support request; it does not immediately delete an account. Ask support to confirm the next steps, cancellation window and timing for your request.

Never email passwords, sign-in or recovery codes, payment details, identity photos or verification selfies. If you cannot access your account email, explain that without sending those sensitive items.

Timing, data and subscriptions

After the in-app cancellation window, the account becomes eligible for scheduled deletion. This is not a promise that every associated file, backup or service-provider copy is erased on that exact date. Associated media and provider-held data may require additional handling. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security or fraud prevention; ask support which exceptions apply, their retention period and the status of your request. Uninstalling the app does not request account deletion. If you have an app-store subscription, manage or cancel it separately in the store; an account-deletion request does not itself cancel a subscription or request a refund. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
