Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Lovendra LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Latest Technology Holdings LLC (Delaware, USA), operating Lovendra, collects, uses, and shares information about you. By using Lovendra, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account & profile. Email, date of birth, gender identity, who you want to meet, age range, location (city / approximate coordinates if you provide them), pronouns, photos, voice intro, bio, and other fields you choose to add.
  • Messages & voice notes. The text of your direct messages and the audio of any voice notes you record so we can deliver them to the recipient and run safety moderation.
  • Live video & voice metadata. When you join a video or voice call (1:1, speed-date, lounge live), we generate session tokens and store room metadata (participants, duration, viewer counts). The audio and video streams themselves are transmitted via our real-time communications partner (LiveKit) and are not recorded by Lovendra.
  • Usage & device. Logs, IP address, device identifiers, browser/OS, and in-app actions to operate the service, secure accounts, and improve features.
  • Payments. If you buy coins, our payment processor handles your card data; we receive a confirmation and a transaction reference.

2. How We Use It

  • To operate the service: show you potential matches, deliver messages and calls, run the gifting economy.
  • To power AI features: bio writer, icebreaker / reply suggestions, tone checker, date-idea coach. These features process the inputs you submit to them in order to generate suggestions.
  • To keep Lovendra safe: detect abuse, scams, impersonation, and underage accounts; review reports; enforce our Community Guidelines.
  • To improve and analyze the product, and to communicate important service updates.

3. Sharing

We share data only with:

  • Other users, as you choose to display on your profile and in chats.
  • Service providers who help us run Lovendra under contract: cloud hosting (Supabase / Cloudflare), real-time communications (LiveKit), AI model providers via our gateway, email delivery, error reporting, and analytics.
  • Law enforcement or other parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property.
  • A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Messages are retained for as long as the conversation exists. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights from within the app, or by emailing us at support@lovendra.ai.

6. Children

Lovendra is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor is using the service, please report it immediately to support@lovendra.ai.

7. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your data and disclose incidents as required by law.

8. International Users

Lovendra is operated from the United States. If you use the service from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
