Terms of Service

Welcome to Lovendra, a video-first dating and social experience ("Lovendra", "we", "us"). Lovendra is operated by Lovendra LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Latest Technology Holdings LLC (a Delaware, USA limited liability company). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and us. By creating an account or otherwise using Lovendra, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility — 18+ Only

Lovendra is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to access or use the service. We use date-of-birth confirmation, technical signals, and community reporting to enforce this rule and will terminate any account we believe is operated by a minor.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for all activity under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the accuracy of the information on your profile. One real human per account. Impersonation, ban-evasion, and sharing or selling accounts are prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

  • No harassment, hate speech, threats, or sexual content involving minors of any kind.
  • No nudity on camera, no recording of other users without consent, and no off-platform solicitation that violates law.
  • No spam, scams, MLM pitches, romance fraud, or commercial solicitation.
  • No illegal activity, no automated scraping, and no attempts to bypass moderation or security controls.

4. Virtual Coins & Gifts

Lovendra may sell virtual coins that can be redeemed for in-app gifts and other non-tangible benefits. Coins and gifts are virtual items with no cash value, are non-refundable (except where required by law), are non-transferable outside the platform, and confer only a limited, revocable, personal license to use them within Lovendra. We may modify, suspend, or terminate coin balances at our discretion, including upon account closure or violations of these Terms.

5. Content & License

You retain ownership of the content you post (text, photos, voice notes). By posting content to Lovendra you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and adapt that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

6. AI Features

Lovendra offers AI-assisted features (icebreakers, reply suggestions, bio writer, tone analysis, etc.). These features process the content you submit to them in order to generate suggestions, are not infallible, and are provided "as is". You remain responsible for anything you choose to send.

7. Live Video & Voice

Live video, voice rooms, and speed-date calls are transmitted in real time via our communications partner. We do not record those streams. You are responsible for your conduct on camera and microphone; obvious violations of these Terms or the Community Guidelines may result in termination.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any violation of these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or to protect our community. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

9. Disclaimers

Lovendra is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that any user is who they claim to be, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lovendra and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) US$50.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, except where applicable law gives consumers the right to sue in their home jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in-app. Continued use of Lovendra after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
