Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made on Lovendra, operated by Lovendra LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Latest Technology Holdings LLC (Delaware, USA). It should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Merchant of Record

Payments on Lovendra are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our merchant of record and authorized reseller. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Checkout / Buyer Terms. In the event of any conflict between this Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection law, the law prevails.

2. Coin Packs (One-Time Purchases)

Coin packs are consumable digital goods delivered to your account instantly upon successful payment. By purchasing a coin pack, you:

  • Expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content; and
  • Acknowledge that, where permitted by law (including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content under Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you waive the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

Coins are non-refundable once credited to your account, except where required by applicable law or where Paddle's buyer terms otherwise provide — for example, in the case of duplicate charges, billing errors, or failed delivery. Coins have no cash value and are non-transferable outside the platform.

3. Subscriptions (Lovendra Premium)

You can cancel a Premium subscription at any time from your account settings or via Paddle's customer portal (use the link in your purchase receipt email). Cancellation:

  • Stops all future renewals immediately;
  • Leaves your Premium access active until the end of the period you have already paid for; and
  • Does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period, except where required by applicable law.

If we change the price of a subscription, we will notify you in advance and give you the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

4. Unauthorized or Erroneous Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error, were billed twice, or do not recognize a charge from "Paddle.net* Lovendra" on your statement, please contact us at support@lovendra.ai or Paddle Support via the link in your receipt. We respond to refund inquiries within two (2) business days. Please include the transaction ID from your receipt to speed things up.

5. Account Termination for Guideline Violations

If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service, you are not entitled to a refund of unspent coins or the remaining portion of any subscription period, except where required by applicable law.

6. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence. Where local law grants you a stronger right than this policy provides, that local law applies.
